Shipping Information

We aim to ship all of our orders within 48 hours of receiving a confirmed order. Please note that a confirmed order means that payment has cleared and/or that sufficient credit is available to cover the order.

If we cannot ship your order within 48 hours we will inform you when you place your order or as soon after as possible.

We use a premium overnight delivery service which we offer free of charge to our customers. In order to provide Proof of Delivery, all goods must be signed for. Our delivery service is to ground floor premises, where reasonable access is available.

Should there be no-one available to take delivery of your order, our delivery partner will leave a card, informing you of how you can arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery of the order. We currently ship products to England, Scotland, and Wales as standard.
